Tohatsu 9.9 HP Remote Outboard Motor – MFS9

The 9.9hp EFI Sport, a new Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) four-stroke outboard to Tohatsu’s portfolio, is the result of recent improvements. The lightest outboard in its class has great torque and top end speed, allowing you to quickly reach your destination. The MFS9.9’s battery-free EFI technology delivers better starting performance than earlier carbureted variants. Additionally, you won’t need to choke the engine when starting an EFI outboard, and you’ll have smooth, snappy acceleration across the whole RPM range.

Tohatsu set out to totally revamp a motor that was already functioning well, and they far outdid themselves. Top accolades for top speed, fuel consumption at idle, and most crucially fuel efficiency at highway speeds go to Tohatsu’s new 9.9 EFI Sport.
